This is a must have feature and pretty much every major hentai website that I know of has it. Also I understand that you can't add a loli or shota tag, but it's possible to use some euphemisms for these terms instead, so that some of us who are into this type of content can avoid it.

Im not huge into cheating and netorare, it would be nice to have a feature that hides entries with certain tags so that people can find what they find hot and hide what they find not.

Blacklisting tags is important, I second this.
Additionally, the ability to "Prefer" a tag would be a nice feature. Maybe those books with the preferred tags would be highlighted while browsing. The possibility of being notified of a new book with those tags, or to have a filter to include all of those preferred tags with one click. Lots can be done with this.
